Spanish Hand Finished Recycled Cotton Washable Rug - Dark Stone

These traditional Spanish Cotton Rugs are woven and hand finished in Spain, using cotton that has been recycled from the local clothing and furniture factories. The rugs are soft to the touch, with a cotton pile, and are very comfortable to walk on When they do need washing this is easily done either by hand or in a machine. In a world where environmental and green issues are coming more and more to the fore these rugs are undoubtedly completely environmentally friendly.

They come in a variety of colours, some bright and vibrant and some elegant pale shades which give them the ability to fit into all types of home from the beamed cottage to the modern flat. They are ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and sitting rooms – in fact for every room in the house! We have also been told by a number of our customers that they are ideal for holiday cottages as they are not expensive to buy but look extremely smart and comfortable as well as being very easy to keep clean.

Don't be fooled at cheaper single thickness imitations, our double sided rugs can be turned over and the second used before they need cleaning! 

You can wash these rugs in any domestic or commercial washing machine (or hand wash if you prefer), however you must only do this on a cool setting (no more than 30 degrees centigrade). If you prefer you can also have the rug dry cleaned. Due to their size and thickness the larger rugs will not fit in most domestic washing machines.
